Our most practical vehicle, without compromise on fun. The Cayenne is our fully detailed V8 diesel four wheel drive. Made famous in the Guinness Book of Records for towing an Airbus, there’s plenty of torque to power up the ski fields (no, we’re not precious about mud!) or simply cruise on a winery tour with friends. Enjoy the scenery through our large sunroof from the comfort of a leather interior.

Fun facts

When it launched in 2002, many purists were outraged — but the Cayenne’s success saved Porsche financially, becoming its best-selling model for years.

One of the first luxury SUVs to hit over 250 km/h, blending sports-car handling with SUV practicality.

Despite its luxury image, it can handle steep gradients, water crossings, and sand — Porsche tested it in the Sahara Desert before launch.

Cayenne engines are made in Germany, but early chassis were assembled in Bratislava, Slovakia, before final assembly in Leipzig.
